    Only the great Tom Waits could put out an album as good as Bad As Me while leaving brilliantly accessible numbers like “Tell Me” on the cutting room floor. Perhaps the record had an overabundance of “me” songs (the title track, “Pay Me,” “Kiss Me,” et al.), but, either way, this gem is available to purchase as a bonus cut after you’ve soaked in NPR’s stream of the 13-track official LP.
